For awhile, I had given up on doing a Rukia in school uniform cosplay since everyone and their mother has done it XD; Then I realized... when did THAT ever stopped me? Plus, I watched the BLEACH Rock Musical before ALA and when I saw the Rukia running around on stage (singing) in the school uniform-- yeah, I couldn't resist. It's such a cute a cosplay!

I must confess, I ordered the skirt and the blouse from a real uniform company, French Toast. This was actually suggested to me by Lindze during Ani-Magic when she was in her school uniform Rangiku cosplay. I thought that was a brilliant idea! I actually didn't think the uniform was going to arrive before ALA, but it did. I spent one night just trying to get the ribbon to look right. I couldn't resist and I had to put it on the last day of the convention.

I got a lot of good response about this cosplay from the other attendees, which made me happy. Wearing this costume actually makes me feel giddy! I love it.
