I'll have to say, that this was one of my favorite costumes that I wore. I want to wear it again one day. Mainly because the Fruits Basket gathering at AX2003 was SO MUCH FUN. Even though that Kyo bit my ankle. But I totally climbed over my own table at the artist alley to chase after him because he was mocking me. Plus, I got kidnapped by the President of the Yuki FanClub. The Furuba gathering at AX2003 was pretty big-- but I was the only Yuki for awhile, so I got picked on by all the Kyos and Ayames, etc. XD; I'm looking at pictures from AX2004's gathering, and the group was even bigger... with more Yukis, too. lol

The costume was simple enough, of course. I might improve it though... one day. I made this when I couldn't really do anything really, but find clothes and alter them to make costumes. I found the perfect shirt at Ross and just trimmed it with white ribbon and made some minor adjustments to the shirt. I made the tie, too.

Yuki was definetely a favorite of mine from the show-- especially since I was born in his year! Yay for rat people! I think I can go on and on about how much I love this particular cosplay...

The only problem would be the hair. I actually cut my hair like Yuki for this cosplay. My hair was quite noticeable uneven for a few months XD; Plus, I got this REALLY good hair color spray, but I can't find the brand anymore. It's tough to get color spray to work well with my black hair, too. Oh well... maybe I'll actually buy a white-grey wig one day.
